Nicholas Hulley and Nadja Lossgott are one of advertising's most celebrated creative partnerships. They were the Chief Creative Officers of AMV BBDO. And now, like a pair of innermost nesting dolls, Nick and Nadja have climbed out from the layers of bureaucracy around them, to start their own studio.
They've come up with, and helped teams come up with big ideas for some of the world's biggest brands. And executed them in every imaginable way. They turned ocean trash into a country, made billboards out of worthless Zimbabwean dollars, sold tap water as beer and turned uteruses into wombworlds. They led Guinness creatively through five straight years of double-digit growth, helping to make it the number one beer brand in the UK. They created the foundational idea that helped make Sheba a $1.8 billion brand. And helped make Libresse the fastest-growing femcare brand in the world while dismantling period shame.
Their work has been honoured by governments, debated at the UN, and sits in the permanent collections of the British Museum and the Design Museum. It has won three D&AD Black Pencils and more than twenty Grand Prix, including the Cannes Titanium Grand Prix, and under their creative leadership helped AMV BBDO become Global Agency of the Year at Cannes Lions, D&AD and The One Show.
